Responsive Gov’s Grade TL;DR

For the third year in a row, the Vermont General Assembly did not make any substantial changes to its election laws. As a top tier state, Vermont’s continued lack of progress in passing pro-voter reforms is noticeable, especially compared to continued action to improve elections in peer states. Therefore, Vermont received a C+ on this year’s progress report.
