Cat Jacob
Senior Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Cat Jacob is the Senior Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, where she provides principal support to IRG's Executive Director, Sam Oliker-Freidland. Before her role at Responsive Gov, Cat was a Program Associate at the Center for Effective Government. In that position, she managed a portfolio of strategic and programmatic initiatives, including the Center's Democracy Fellowship for senior-level civic leaders and the Democracy Reform Primers Series—a collection of succinct briefings on the viability of different institutional reforms.
Cat holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University, with a minor in Chinese History. She is currently based in Chicago, Illinois.
