Jess Unger is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Institute for Responsive Government, where he researches and advocates practical policy solutions that make government systems more efficient, effective, and responsive. Before his current role, Jess spent several years as a litigator. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, he is a member of the Virginia bar.
