Katie Spillman

Katie Spillman is the Operations Manager, and leads planning for retreats, conferences, and events, handling everything from vendors and travel to budgets and on-site logistics, and also supports day-to-day operations, hiring, and internal systems. Prior to joining IRG, she worked across the non-profit and government sectors in Administration and Operations; including the New Orleans Mayor’s Office. Katie is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and The New School in New York. A native of New Orleans, LA, she now lives in Huntsville, AL with her dog.
