Marisa O'Gara is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Institute for Responsive Government. Previously, she was a voting rights litigator in private practice. She received her BA from the University of Rhode Island and her J.D. from Cornell University. She is a member of the D.C., Illinois, and Kansas bars.
