
Michele Felski-Smith
Special Initiatives Manager
Michele serves as Special Initiatives Manager for the Institute for Responsive Government. Previously, she spent several years as a research consultant in the voting rights world – providing research on all kinds of topics relating to election policies and assisting policy experts understand the lay of the land. Prior to that, Michele worked as a historical researcher, and as a state archivist. Michele has a degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and now lives in Chicago.
