Vicki Koussoglou
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Vicki oversees finance, operations, HR, and technology at the Institute for Responsive Government. Earlier in her career, she worked in operations in a variety of sectors including philanthropy, public education, and entertainment. Originally from Virginia, Vicki is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification.
