Ansley Bloomer

Ansley is the Senior Manager of Finance and Compliance, and oversees financial and contract management, grants and donations, and provides compliance oversight and support. Before joining Responsive Gov, Ansley was the Director for Finance and Administration at the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks, and Recreation, managing a $56M budget, all contracts and grants, and the finances for Vermont’s 55 State Parks. Additional previous experience in nonprofit management includes overseeing the compliance for 501(c)3, 501(c)4, and Political Action work. Originally from Colorado, Ansley now resides in Middlesex, Vermont, with her husband and two dogs.
