Nick Doctor
Director of Implementation
As the Director of Implementation for the Institute for Responsive Government, Nick helps state elected officials and agency staff implement policy solutions that make government more efficient and accessible — increasing faith in its ability to solve our greatest challenges. Nick previously served as Chief of Community Development and Policy for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and led the Government Affairs team for the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Nick lives in Chicago, Illinois, and is a graduate of The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management, the Institute for Organizational Management, and the University of Tulsa.
