Stephanie Dodge Bigley
Senior Policy Advisor
Stephanie is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Institute for Responsive Government. Previously, she spent five years as a litigator in private practice and worked as a communications consultant in Washington, DC. She served as a law clerk to Senior U.S. District Judge David A. Ezra. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and the University of Virginia. She lives in San Antonio with her husband, two daughters, and two rambunctious dogs.
